My order never arrived. | |
Click the "LOGIN" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your tracking shows a status of "delivered", please contact USPS to get GPS locational info. We advise you contact the location post office in your area as they will be able to quickly look up the person who delivered it and the GPS scan of the time and location of delivery.

An item is missing from my shipment. | |
If something is missing from your order, please take a photo of the items you have received, the invoice, and the shipping label. Then contact customer support and provide said photos. We will then get back to you in a timely manner.

When will my preorder arrive? | |
Preorders will be shipped the day or the day after the preordered product arrives. You will receive an order update and a tracking number when your preorder ships. |
